Greaseless Technology

The latest technology in wireline interventions is the emergence of greaseless or coated electromechanical (e-line) cables. These cables provide numerous benefits to wireline operations. Some benefits of polymer coated cables include: reduced friction, lowered NPT, no birdcaging, zero-torque, gas blocking technology and eliminates grease injector.

Geo-Log has partnered with the cable manufacturers to provide the best equipped auxiliary equipment such as our measuring heads and sheaves to ensure customers get the most value out of their cable investment.
